One of the most popular topics in recent years is "the end of times" and there are many Christian books that address these issues. There are speculative books to very serious books.
Michael Youssef in his new book brings us closer to the letters sent to the Thessalonians in order to address the issue of the end times.

The author possesses a certain dispensational tendency, but remains within the Biblical parameters, does not fall into speculations or affirmations outside the biblical context. In addition, it should be mentioned that this book is not a severe scatological treatise but a book on how our attitude should be in these final times.
"The Bible encourages us to study its prohetic passages but the Bible also warns us not to become obsessed with predicting the dates and times. It's not our job know exactly when any given event will take place. Our job is to preach te good news and to be spiritually and morally ready at all times for the Lord's return."
We must live without fear and without vain speculation, proclaiming the message that our God reigns and lives for the glory of God. Christ will return, when we do not know it, so we must continue to proclaim that He is the only savior.

The book contains the following chapters:

  1. The End-Times Paradox
  2. Facing Our Critics
  3. Victory over Satan
  4. Living to please the One we love
  5. Godly grief and heavenly hope
  6. Like a thief in the night
  7. How to be church(recommended)
  8. The power and the promises
  9. The end of history (2 Thessalonians)
  10. How to destroy your enemies
  11. The big danger of small flaws
  12. The restraint of evil
  13. Standing firm when all hell breaks loose (recommended)
  14. A two-way conversation with God
  15. The gift of work (recommended)

I do not entirely agree with all of Youssef's arguments but in general it is a book that challenges us to live by biblical principles in an age in which anti-Christian values and sin predominate over society.
