En este año, han publicado muy buenos libros y este libro es de los mejores. Es una magnifica obra que todo estudiante de las Escrituras debe tener. Actualmente se encuentra en inglés, pero quiera Dios que algún día sea traducida al español.
Este libro nos ayuda a descubrir las riquezas que posee el Antiguo Testamento. Para aquellos, que encuentran el A.T. como algo tedioso o aburrido, este libro les ayudará a ver las abundantes maravillas que están esperando a ser descubiertas.
Sin duda que es una buena herramienta. Los autores han utilizado el siguiente esquema para exponer cada libro del A.T. :
a) Introducción: Un breve comentario sobre el libro a estudiar.
b) Temas de trasfondo: Nos muestra los elementos como el autor, el porque del nombre del libro, características de los receptores originales, etc
c) Estructura y bosquejo del libro
d) Mensaje y teología
e) Aproximación al Nuevo Testamento: ¿Cuál es la relación de cada libro con el N.T?
Esta Introducción, es una gran fuente de información para predicaores y estudiantes de las Escrituras.
Personalmente, considero este libro como una joya literaria. Y lo seguiré consultando para mis estudios y devocionales personales.

In this year they have been published very good books and this book is part of the best. It is a magnificent work that every student of Scripture should have. It is currently in English, but God forbid that one day be translated into Spanish.
This book helps us discover the riches that owns the Old Testament. For those who find the O.T. as something tedious or boring, this book will help them see the abundant wonders that are waiting to be discovered.
Surely that is a good tool. The authors have used the following scheme to expose each book of O.T. :
a) Introduction: A brief commentary on the book to study.
b) Background Issues: It shows the elements as the author, the name of the book, about the original recipients, etc.
c) Structure and outline of the book
d) Message and theology
e) Approaching to the New Testament: What is the relationship of each book with the N.T?
This Introduction, its a great source of information for preachers and students of the Scriptures.
Personally, I consider this book as a literary gem. And I keep consulting to my personal studies and devotionals.
